WAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!

i just weighed myself this morning and am back to 64KGS!!!! Kept scratching my head and then it HIT me - these are the reasons why!!! and these are just this week alone...

NOTE TO MYSELF: RUN LONGER!!!

just the smell of it alone....

NOTHING LIKE THE SMELL OF FRESH BAKED COOKIES - AM LOVING IT!!! OH THE WONDERS of having a new BAKING OVEN!!!OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES - could rival those of MRS. FIELDS - REALLY!!!
Over the weekend, we TRADED in our old oven for a brand new one... long overdue, but we just never got around to it.... and it sure did revitalized marketchow's penchant for baking... so far the last few nites we have been baking up a storm... breaking in the new oven... good for the oven but bad for the diet - am sure... but heck, who cares.... loving them!

COFFEE TIME!!!

...last nite, David came home with a slice of a chocolate cake from IKARI Coffee - it was BLAH!!! - but what caugt my eyes was this saying printed on the BOX the cake was packed in...

Could not AGREE more.... no matter where I amy be or what time of the day it is... once I sit down for a cup of coffee I feel as if it is my most relaxing and luxurious moment of the day....

okay, since we do not have a JUST DESSERTS here in Taipei, I have to get my HOLIDAY goodies fixes at STARBUCKS... and already to brighten up the cold days and ring in the HOLIDAYS - Starbucks is offering Toffe Nut Latter & Dark Cherry Mocha drinks.... both are YUMMY....

Since they are available in Manila also, am pretty sure they are available all over the world... so you too, can get your Holiday Drink Fixes...
